Peppershell Place Day Spa is open Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays

To avoid disappointment advanced bookings are recommended.
(However, bookings can only be made up to 60 days in advance).
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time
to ensure the pleasure of your full appointment time.
Booking Condtions
By phoning to book you accept the booking conditions.
All bookings require credit card details. (Visa or Mastercard only)
50% deposit is required at time of booking.
The balance is required 2 business days before the day of the appointment
and will be deducted automatically.
It is possible to pay by cash or debit card at the time of your appointment
and your credit card payment will be reversed (with no cost to you).
Cancellation Policy
Appointments changed or cancelled within 2 full business days
before the day of the appointment will incur loss of the full fee.
Appointments changed or cancelled within 3 full business days
before the day of the appointment will incur loss of the deposit.
All changes or cancellations will incur a $ 15.00 administration fee.
The same fee will be charged if your credit card doesn't work
and we have to contact you for payment.
All changes or cancellations are to be made by phone.
These conditions will be strictly adhered to.
Although every effort is made to fulfill your appointment
we cannot accept responsibity for closure
due to illness, power failure or other reasons beyond our control.
